Bodybuilding 101: bulk the right way
Hello and welcome to my blog everyone, in this particular post i will share some useful tips on how to bulk the right way to gain muscle weight quick and effectively. The information that i will uncover is the knowledge that i have gained in the past 1 year of consistent calisthenics training, throught trial and error.

But before we start, it is important that we know what bulking is. Bulking is the process of gaining muscle weight and strength by increasing the amount of calorie intake and also the right type of training. Bulking can be done easily for some people and harder for others, but there is no doubt that you can do it. So, here are a few tips on bulking:
1. Calculate your calorie needs
The first step in bulking is that you need to know how much calories you need. You can use an online calculator to count how much calories you need based on your BMI. There are a ton of websites to get this job done, and a ceritain one of them is unimeal.
2. Prioritize protein
Make sure that you eat a high, but reasonable amount of protein. Protein is the fuel for muscle growth, so make sure you eat high-protein foods like meat, eggs, and milk.
3. Maintain a balanced meal
To keep your body running perfectly, you also need to consume a healthy amount of nutrition from complex carbs, healthy fat and fiber. This type of meal is very important especially to people who have highly physical daily activities, so their body can make use of carbs as body fuel and not eat up / decrease the muscle weight for its sugar.
4. Focus on weight lifting excercises
Doing a workout session with heavy excercises will optimalize muscle growth. Prioritize weight lifting exercises like pushups, pullups, squat etc. If you are a member of a local gym, you can use weightlifting equipments to perform benchpress, deadlift, and other heavy excercises.
5. Perfect amount of rest
It is important to get a perfect amount of rest so your body can recover after training. If you feel like you don't get enough rest, reduce other mediocre / unimportant activities like playing video games, going out at parties, etc.
So, those are a few tips on how to bulk effectively. Remember to be patient because bulking needs a lot of time and dedication. Never take a shortcut if risking your health isn't worth it.
